Due to the expansion of our ambitious business, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of full-time Estate Agency Manager to join our friendly, professional, and hard-working team based in Perth.

A current or recent experience in an estate agency or property-related role is an essential requirement for this senior role.
Duties include:
- Carrying out property valuations
- Negotiating offers
- Helping to develop and manage others in the team
- Handling phone, email and in-person enquiries
- Occasionally assisting with property viewings when required
- Helping to grow the business and generate new leads
- Embrace and champion our highly regarded brand
It is essential that the successful candidate possesses excellent IT, computer and telephone skills, have an excellent work ethic, a friendly nature and a genuine passion for helping people. In-house training on our systems, processes and brand guidance will be given.
Basic salary range will be £35,000 - £40,000 commensurate with skills and experience.
In addition - a lucrative monthly team commission is also on offer - dependent on number of sales agreed with uncapped earning potential of 10% - 50% additional income per month/year.
Discretionary annual bonus also payable dependent on individual performance.
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday with flexibility for holiday cover. Eventual Saturday working from home 9 -12 on a rota basis (currently 1 in 5) and overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate.
Overtime paid for out of hours appointments.
All business mileage paid.
