Right from my initial email, my experience with possible was exceptional. I first contacted looking for information and recommendations, and Gary was exceptional, replying quickly (even when it was late into the evening) - and they were upfront with their fee structure and recommendations for solicitors. It’s a small thing - but I mention it because most other estate agents gave me the run around trying to book valuations - before they’d divulge any information. Once we were committed to selling, they were organised and quick to setup all the necessary bits (high quality photography, home reports) - as well as setting up a direct group chat with the entire possible team about our sale. Simple but effective - everyone at Possible knew what was happening with our sale - and if I ever had any queries - I could get in touch and anyone of the team could pick it up and help us out - but so much more conveniently than phoning in. The communication start to finish - was world class - and the impression was that possible runs like a Swiss watch - so much so that our neighbours took our recommendation to list with them as well.
